Rose-Marie Sorokin, B.A., Dipt BWY is the main tutor and has 25 years experience in this field. Her classes and courses are inspirational, dynamic, relaxing, friendly and fun. Suitable for complete beginners as well as more experienced students. She is also a sought after internatial guest teacher and also writes on yoga for a Swedish magazine. Rose-Marie has also developed her own unique method – The Sorokin Method – a specialised therapeutic back care method.

Tim Axon, Dip ION, is a very experienced nutrition consultant with 25 years expereince. He studied under Patrick Holford at the Institute of Optimum Nutrition and he is a former tutor and lecturer at the British College of Nutrition & Health in London. He is a specialist in raw plant food nutrition and runs SuperHealthy You courses for anyone who would like to improve their health and wellbeing. His clinic is in Aylesford.
